Of course the most controversial of the techniques to alleviate chronic back pain is also the most effective and most common in the United States today. The use of a chiropractor is to help you reduce or eliminate a person’s back pain. A lot of back pain is simply caused by a misalignment of the persons back and a chiropractor can help by realigned the structures of the persons back to their proper locations.
