When you have back pain all you want to do is lose the back pain. Understanding your body can help you correct your body naturally. Each bone within the structure of the skeletal muscles plays a vital part in our health. If tendons, muscles, bones and the parts of our skeletal system are disturbed, serious back problems can arise. Problems such as slipped herniated disks, fractures, broken back and torn ligaments cause serious back problems. Each condition is caused from a string of actions, activities, incorrect movement, overexertion, etc, with the exception of disease. Part of the solution to reduce back pain, is to lose weight, thereby reducing the burden on weight-bearing joints and wearing correctly fitting shoes. 

If you continue to ignore the problem and not reduce your weight and the extra pressure on the area, you may end up losing mobility. On the other hand, you can learn how to lean and bend correctly, stretch regularly, lose weight (if applicable), wear correct fitting shoes and so forth.
